The guesthouse is 1 km from the Phalaborwa gate to the Kruger National Park.
We are also 1 km from the renowned Hans Merensky Golf Club.

The guesthouse has been awarded a gold accreditation by SATOUR.
In May 1998 the guesthouse was awarded "the guest house in the Northern Province"
by the national newspaper, Rapport.
We were awarded a 4 star grading from the "Tourism Grading Council of South Africa"
in November 2003.

Royal Game Guest House is 1km from the Kruger National Park, the world's most famous nature reserve, where you have the opportunity to view wildlife by means of Safari's, walking trails, night drives or a boat safari down the Olifant's River.

Royal Game Guest House is situated in Phalaborwa which is the commercial and tourist centre of the Limpopo Province. Phalaborwa is known as the town of Two Summers, with mild winters and warm summer days, cooled off by air conditioning, fans and swimming pools. Guests can get to Phalaborwa by SA Airlink from Johannesburg Airport which is a one hour flight. Transfers can be arranged to the Guest House.

SA Airlink offers daily scheduled flights from Johannesburg to Phalaborwa. Tranfers from the Kruger Park Gateway Airport to Royal Game Guest house can be arranged on request. Driving there :Coming from Pretoria/Pietersburg/Tzaneen, enter Phalaborwa, cross over the 4way stop. At the next robot, turn right. Next, turn left (Impala Hotel on right). Pass Caltex Garage, and Matomani Lodge on right, Royal Game Guest House is on your left, 42 Essenhout Street.
